Most orders, excluding wholesale, will ship within 24 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Expedited shipping means we will ship your order USPS Priority instead of First Class. Expedited shipping does not mean an order will leave our facility any quicker than another. supertrippy.com offers several shipping options within the United States, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and other US territories. International orders are available. If the customer provides us with the wrong address, the customer is liable for all shipping charges or we will refund order less all shipping chargers.
Super Trippy’s preferred carrier is USPS, and all shipping will be completed through them unless otherwise specified.
All ship times are counted in business days only and correspond with those of USPS, our preferred carrier. Super Trippy honors all holidays honored by our preferred carrier and follows a M-F work week.
Any missing products from an order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to begin investigation.
